BOX NOW, as a pick-up method at check out, allows you to collect your parcel any time you want, at one of the Automated Delivery BOX NOW Lockers, near your home or workplace.

Step 1

Choose Box Now as a delivery method at check-out

Step 2

Choose the desired Box Now Locker

Step 3

When the parcel is dropped at the Box Now locker, you will receive an sms with PIN code that opens the door

*The service does not apply to high volume products due to the capacity of the lockers

Returns with Box Now:

If you received via Box Now:

  1. Choose the Locker that serves you (to see the available lockers click here: https://www.boxnow.gr/en/locker-finder
  2. Type the ten-digit parcel id on the screen – which you can find either on the voucher or in the email/viber/sms you received from Box Now.
  3. Place the package inside the locker
  4. Close the box

If you received with another method:

If you have received your order by transport other than BOX NOW, you can still return your order with BOX NOW.
